Honored to be part of your healing journey

I am an experienced bodyworker of nearly three decades. I graduated from the Scherer Institute in New Mexico and completed a year at Boulder College of Massage Therapy. My continuing education includes craniosacral, neurofascial, ortho-bionomy, core synchronism, and Reiki and energy work. I work with the healing energy within you to create a mutually respectful and supportive space. My intent each session is to help you relax, release, and support your journey home to yourself.

In addition to massage therapy, I teach an integrative- and trauma-informed approach to yoga, somatic movement, and women's yoga in person and by Zoom.

I have studied yoga in Rishikesh, India. I also completed my Hatha yoga training, Yoga Behind Bars Trauma Informed training, and pregnancy yoga training. My approach to conscious movement is also informed by Conscious Dance workshops, mentorships, and an ongoing dance practice. Movement is medicine for body and soul!

When I’m not working in the studio, I’m in the streets or organizing with others to help create a more just and beautiful world. I love to tend our garden, walk in our awesome neighborhood, dance with our community and my partner, Syd. We both love kids, dogs and cats. This kitty pictured here was my sister’s and she was indeed a kindred spirit and part of my healing journey. I would be honored to part of yours.
